data-end=\"939\">Durable medium:<\/strong> any means that enables information to be stored in a way accessible for future consultation and unchanged reproduction.<\/p><p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1173\"><strong data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1087\">Right of withdrawal:<\/strong> the statutory right of the consumer to dissolve a distance contract within 14 days.<\/p><p designer collectible figures<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1514\"><p data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1514\">plush products<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1554\"><p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1554\">accessories and related merchandise<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1680\"><strong data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1570\">Blind box:<\/strong> a sealed collectible product where the specific figure or variant is unknown until the packaging is opened.<\/p><p data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1798\"><strong data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1703\">Collectible item:<\/strong> a limited-edition or series-based figure primarily intended for collection rather than play.<\/p><p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1910\"><strong data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1809\">Seal:<\/strong> a factory, hygiene, or authenticity seal intended to prevent tampering and ensure product integrity.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"1915\" figures.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2763\" data-end=\"2850\"><p data-start=\"2766\" data-end=\"2850\">All product descriptions are accurate to the best of the entrepreneur\u2019s knowledge.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2979\"><p data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"2979\">Handmade products may show minor variations in colour, texture, scent, or decoration and this does not constitute a defect.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"3067\"><p data-start=\"2983\" data-end=\"3067\">Blind boxes are sold <strong data-start=\"3004\" data-end=\"3025\">sealed and random<\/strong>; the specific figure is not guaranteed.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3068\" data-end=\"3156\"><p data-start=\"3071\" data-end=\"3156\">Images are illustrative; colours and details may vary depending on screen settings.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3157\" data-end=\"3216\"><p data-start=\"3160\" data-end=\"3216\">Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"3218\" data-end=\"3221\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3223\" data-end=\"3251\">Article 5 \u2013 The Agreement<\/h2><ol data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3507\"><li data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3343\"><p data-start=\"3256\" data-end=\"3343\">The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and completes payment.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3344\" data-end=\"3398\"><p data-start=\"3347\" data-end=\"3398\">The entrepreneur confirms receipt electronically.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3399\" data-end=\"3507\"><p data-start=\"3402\" data-end=\"3507\">Orders may be refused or cancelled in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or payment issues.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"3509\" data-end=\"3512\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3514\" data-end=\"3548\">Article 6 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal<\/h2><ol data-start=\"3550\" data-end=\"3853\"><li data-start=\"3550\" data-end=\"3679\"><p data-start=\"3553\" data-end=\"3679\">The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within <strong data-start=\"3618\" data-end=\"3629\">14 days<\/strong>, starting the day after receipt of the product.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3680\" data-end=\"3776\"><p data-start=\"3683\" data-end=\"3776\">During the reflection period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3777\" data-end=\"3853\"><p data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3853\">Products may only be inspected as would be permitted in a physical store.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"3855\" data-end=\"3889\"><strong data-start=\"3855\" data-end=\"3887\">Inspection does NOT include:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"3890\" data-end=\"4119\"><li data-start=\"3890\" data-end=\"3918\"><p data-start=\"3892\" data-end=\"3918\">opening sealed packaging<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3919\" data-end=\"3971\"><p data-start=\"3921\" data-end=\"3971\">breaking factory, hygiene, or authenticity seals<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3972\" data-end=\"4003\"><p data-start=\"3974\" data-end=\"4003\">removing internal packaging<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4004\" data-end=\"4046\"><p data-start=\"4006\" data-end=\"4046\">scanning or removing internal QR codes<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4047\" data-end=\"4119\"><p data-start=\"4049\" data-end=\"4119\">playing with, displaying, kneading, stretching, or using the product<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4121\" data-end=\"4319\">For products sold without sealed packaging, such as plush products, inspection is limited to visual inspection and light tactile inspection only. Use beyond this is considered use beyond inspection.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4321\" data-end=\"4324\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4326\" data-end=\"4368\">Article 7 \u2013 Costs in Case of Withdrawal<\/h2><ol data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4684\"><li data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4508\"><p data-start=\"4373\" data-end=\"4508\">If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal correctly, return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless stated otherwise.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4509\" data-end=\"4605\"><p data-start=\"4512\" data-end=\"4605\">Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4606\" data-end=\"4684\"><p data-start=\"4609\" data-end=\"4684\">Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"4686\" data-end=\"4689\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4691\" data-end=\"4757\">Article 8 \u2013 Exclusion and Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2><h3 data-start=\"4759\" data-end=\"4793\">8.1 Hygiene-Sensitive Products<\/h3><p data-start=\"4795\" data-end=\"4893\">The right of withdrawal is excluded for hygiene-sensitive products once opened or used, including:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4894\" data-end=\"4954\"><li data-start=\"4894\" data-end=\"4903\"><p data-start=\"4896\" data-end=\"4903\">slime<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4904\" data-end=\"4913\"><p data-start=\"4906\" data-end=\"4913\">putty<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4914\" data-end=\"4935\"><p data-start=\"4916\" data-end=\"4935\">sensory compounds<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4936\" data-end=\"4954\"><p data-start=\"4938\" data-end=\"4954\">Taba squishies<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4956\" data-end=\"5037\">Once opened, these products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5039\" data-end=\"5042\" \/><h3 data-start=\"5044\" data-end=\"5063\">8.2 Blind Boxes<\/h3><ol data-start=\"5065\" data-end=\"5287\"><li data-start=\"5065\" data-end=\"5121\"><p data-start=\"5068\" data-end=\"5121\">Blind boxes are sold as <strong data-start=\"5092\" data-end=\"5118\">sealed random products<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5122\" data-end=\"5203\"><p data-start=\"5125\" data-end=\"5203\">Opening a blind box confirms acceptance of the random nature of the product.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5204\" data-end=\"5287\"><p data-start=\"5207\" data-end=\"5287\"><strong data-start=\"5207\" data-end=\"5261\">Opened blind boxes cannot be returned or exchanged<\/strong>, regardless of condition.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"5289\" data-end=\"5504\">Any blind box showing signs of opening, tampering, resealing, glue residue, tape, heat sealing, reconstructed seals, or altered packaging is considered opened and is excluded from return, even if resealed carefully.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5506\" data-end=\"5509\" \/><h3 data-start=\"5511\" data-end=\"5565\">8.3 Collectible Figures with Authenticity Features<\/h3><p data-start=\"5567\" data-end=\"5786\">Collectible figures containing factory seals, internal packaging, authentication labels, or QR codes cannot be returned once opened. Any disturbance voids return eligibility, as authenticity can no longer be guaranteed.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5788\" data-end=\"5791\" \/><h3 data-start=\"5793\" data-end=\"5840\">8.4 Plush Products Without Sealed Packaging<\/h3><ol data-start=\"5842\" data-end=\"6303\"><li data-start=\"5842\" data-end=\"5950\"><p data-start=\"5845\" data-end=\"5950\">Plush products sold without sealed or boxed packaging are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5951\" data-end=\"6147\"><p data-start=\"5954\" data-end=\"5993\">Returns are accepted only if the plush:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5997\" data-end=\"6147\"><li data-start=\"5997\" data-end=\"6010\"><p data-start=\"5999\" data-end=\"6010\">is unused<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6014\" data-end=\"6047\"><p data-start=\"6016\" data-end=\"6047\">is clean and free from odours<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6051\" data-end=\"6085\"><p data-start=\"6053\" data-end=\"6085\">has all original tags attached<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6089\" data-end=\"6147\"><p data-start=\"6091\" data-end=\"6147\">shows no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"6148\" data-end=\"6303\"><p data-start=\"6151\" data-end=\"6303\">If use beyond inspection or hygiene issues are detected, the entrepreneur may refuse the return or apply a value reduction in accordance with Dutch law.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"6305\" data-end=\"6308\" \/><h2 data-start=\"6310\" data-end=\"6334\">Article 9 \u2013 The Price<\/h2><ol data-start=\"6336\" data-end=\"6505\"><li data-start=\"6336\" data-end=\"6392\"><p data-start=\"6339\" data-end=\"6392\">All prices are stated in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6393\" data-end=\"6450\"><p data-start=\"6396\" data-end=\"6450\">Shipping costs are excluded unless stated otherwise.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6451\" data-end=\"6505\"><p data-start=\"6454\" data-end=\"6505\">Price changes due to VAT adjustments are permitted.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"6507\" data-end=\"6510\" \/><h2 data-start=\"6512\" data-end=\"6565\">Article 10 \u2013 Conformity, Authenticity and Warranty<\/h2><h3 data-start=\"6567\" data-end=\"6612\">10.1 Authenticity of Collectible Products<\/h3><ol data-start=\"6614\" data-end=\"7344\"><li data-start=\"6614\" data-end=\"6721\"><p data-start=\"6617\" data-end=\"6721\">Skwimey\u2019s sells authentic collectible products which are <strong data-start=\"6674\" data-end=\"6718\">purchased by the entrepreneur and resold<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6722\" data-end=\"6848\"><p data-start=\"6725\" data-end=\"6848\">Products are sourced from authorised retailers, official brand stores, distributors, or trusted secondary market sellers.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6849\" data-end=\"6980\"><p data-start=\"6852\" data-end=\"6980\">Skwimey\u2019s is not the manufacturer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by POP MART or other brands unless explicitly stated.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6981\" data-end=\"7069\"><p data-start=\"6984\" data-end=\"7069\">All collectible items are checked prior to shipment for authenticity and condition.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7070\" data-end=\"7250\"><p data-start=\"7073\" data-end=\"7250\">Many POP MART products include a manufacturer-provided QR code inside the packaging which allows consumers to verify authenticity via the brand\u2019s official verification system.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7251\" data-end=\"7344\"><p data-start=\"7254\" data-end=\"7344\">Removal or tampering with seals, QR codes, or internal packaging voids return eligibility.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"7346\" data-end=\"7349\" \/><h3 data-start=\"7351\" data-end=\"7388\">10.2 Anti-Swap &amp; Fraud Prevention<\/h3><ol data-start=\"7390\" data-end=\"7709\"><li data-start=\"7390\" data-end=\"7444\"><p data-start=\"7393\" data-end=\"7444\">All returned products are inspected upon receipt.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7445\" data-end=\"7564\"><p data-start=\"7448\" data-end=\"7564\">Returns will be refused if items are swapped, altered, incomplete, resealed, or show signs of use or manipulation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7565\" data-end=\"7650\"><p data-start=\"7568\" data-end=\"7650\">Packaging details, batch codes, and condition may be recorded prior to shipment.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7651\" data-end=\"7709\"><p data-start=\"7654\" data-end=\"7709\">Fraudulent return attempts may be refused and reported.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"7711\" data-end=\"7714\" \/><h3 data-start=\"7716\" data-end=\"7745\">10.3 Warranty Limitations<\/h3><p data-start=\"7747\" data-end=\"7922\">Warranty does not apply to normal wear, misuse, display damage, modification, improper storage, or value loss due to opening sealed products.
